About Mbaga Dance

The movements in this dance are of effect in educating young couples are taught how to behave towards each other sexually, cleanliness, respect for each other, giving birth, discipline, patience, hard working, trust, faithfulness and harmony during their marriage.

It should be noted that this dance traditionally was not performed merely for entertainment but for educational purposes and on social gathering although at the moment it’s found performed on functions for entertainment.
